Treatments to increase the force of woody plants in conditions in vitro and its application method. # The present invention provides effective treatments to increase growth (preferably peach and plum) woody plants under in vitro conditions. The present invention shows how the addition of benzotiodiazol (BTH) or L-2-oxo-4-thiazolidine carboxylic acid (OTC), at low concentrations, to the culture medium for micropropagation of said plants, to act by promoting growth of the explants very significantly. # in a particular aspect the invention relates to a treatment method for increasing vigor in woody plants in vitro conditions comprising the following steps, (i) establishing in vitro culture of woody plant explants, (ii) subculturing said explants in medium and conditions suitable for in vitro culture, (iii) adding to the culture medium at a low concentration of one of the two compounds BTH or OTC environmentally friendly and metabolizable by plants and (iv) subculturing the explants in the medium containing the compound in suitable conditions for in vitro culture.
