A multipurpose vessel deepwater including: - a floating structure (2), in turn comprising a prow (3); one stern (4); an open deck (5); one primerbordo (6) and a second board (7); and a center line (8); - a tower J-lay (10) articulated to the floating structure (2) along the second board (7), and movable, about a first axis (A1) parallel to the weather deck (5), number of working positions; - a crane heavy loads (11) connected at the bow (3) to the floating structure (2) to rotate about unsegundo axis (A2) perpendicular to the weather deck (5), and having a pen (12) defining a rangooperativo (WS); said J-lay tower (10) being located in any of the operating positions, said operating range withinthe (WS); and - a line preassembly (20) for connecting conduits (TM) sets of ducts (TA), each including at least two ducts (TM); and wherein said preassembly line (20) is located below the weather deck (5) and the tower conectadaoperacionalmente J-lay (10).
