A method and system of navigating through television program content in whicha viewer has an impression of navigation through a three dimensionalenvironment (10, 12). The content is organized into a plurality of domains(10) according to categories or business units. A plurality of navigationtools (12) are provided which present information regarding the programcontent in a plurality of interfaces. At least one tool (12) provides theviewer with access to a plurality of channels of content. The viewer navigatesbetween domains (10), tools (12), and channels to locate a desired program toview.
