An exercise apparatus (10) adapting individual physical ability andcontrol method thereof are provided, wherein the control method including thefollowing steps: determining if it is an automatism mode according to apatternselection order after setting the message parameter of an individualphysiologycondition, reading an exercise course according to a course selection orderreceived an the automatism mode, producing a control order controlling anaction of the exercise apparatus according to the message parameter of theindividual physiology condition and the exercise course.
