A process for collecting data which utilizes one or more consumers withinternet-enabled mobilecommunications devices and codes displayed in association with a product, aservice orcommunications about a product or service, wherein each consumer scans thecode with aninternet-enabled mobile communications device thereby initiating the steps of:the codeinstructing the mobile communications device to connect with an internetserver; the mobilecommunications device sending information from the code to the internetserver; the internetserver sending questions to the mobile communications device for input by theconsumer; themobile communications device sending input to the internet server; and theinternet serverstoring the information from the code and the input as data.
