There is described a computer-implemented method comprising creating, in acommunications log having a plurality of communication sources associated withthecommunications log, a database entry for each communication originating fromany ofthe associated communication sources, each database entry comprising datarepresentative of the respective communication. There is also described acomputer-implemented method comprising displaying, in an interactive userinterface on a displayof an end-user electronic device, a visual representation of database entriescontained ina communications log having a plurality of communication sources associatedwith thecommunications log, each database entry comprising data representative of acommunication originating from any of the said associated communicationssource.Devices and computer-readable media comprising instructions implementing thesemethods are also described.
