A computer system identifies merchandise that has high loyalty at a retailer.Thecomputer system determines a repeatability value of an item in a productcategory in aninventory at a retailer, wherein the repeatability value indicates howfrequently a customerpurchases the item out of a plurality of items in the product category. Thecomputer systemalso determines an exclusivity value of the item, wherein the exclusivityvalue indicates howfrequently the customer purchases the item instead of an alternative item outof the pluralityof items in the product category. The computer system further generates areport related tothe inventory of the retailer that is at least partially based upon therepeatability value and theexclusivity value of the item.
