Enhanced immediate release formulations of topiramate

The present invention provides enhanced immediate release formulations of topiramate,in which 80% of the active ingredient is released in the period of time of not morethan 30 min. These formulations may be advantageously used for the treatmentof acute neurological conditions, such as migraine.
