Compositions Containing Sesamin-Class Compound (S) and Arachidonic Acid Class Compound (S)

The object is to discover: a method for allowing a physiological activity of a sesamincomponent to be exerted efficiently and enhancing the physiological activityof the sesamin component; and an effective compound which can be used concurrentlyfor achieving the aforementioned purposes. Thus, provided is a compositioncontaining an arachidonic acid component at a ratio equal to or higher than a specifiedratio in combination with a sesamin component. In the composition, a physiologicalactivity (e.g., an anti-fatigue activity) of a sesamin component can be enhancedsynergistically. The composition is safe for a human body, an animal or the like,and therefore can be ingested continuously.
