A Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) private network communication terminal includes a communication module used for receiving Common Assignment Channel (CACH) information and transceiving DMR private network communication and a synchronization module used for establishing synchronization according to the received CACH information, determining the time slot on which the received DMR private network communication is transmitted and then controlling the communication module to respond to the received DMR private network communication on said time slot. A DMR private network communication relay station, system and a method for implementing DMR private network communication are also provided.
