The present invention relates to stable solutions suitable for ophthalmic, otic or nasal administration that include fluoroquinolone antibiotic or salts thereof and amino acid, optionally in combination with one or more drugs for the treatment of bacterial infections. The invention further provides stable solutions suitable for ophthalmic, otic, or nasal administration that include nadifloxacin and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The invention also relates to processes for the preparation of the stable solutions.
