The invention relates to an interactive system and a method for the users to influence advertising media and informational media. In particular, the system and the method are used to improve the advertising effectiveness by involving the user in the design of the advertisements. Based on the low advertising effectiveness of the existing advertising systems, the aim of the invention is to create a system and a method for the interactive influencing of advertising media and information media, wherein potential consumers are strongly involved and thus the effectiveness of the advertising is increased. Said aim is achieved in that, during the playback of the commercial information used for advertising purposes, non-commercial information transmitted to the advertising media and informational media by terminals of the users within specified time periods are associated with the commercial advertising information and played back together or separately. The advertising system proves advantageous for mobile advertising effectiveness if the non-commercial information of the users is transmitted by means of mobile-radio connections and forwarded to the advertising media located at the location of the user for the purpose of playing back said information. For widely effective mobile advertising, the interactively controllable advertising media and informational media are arranged on and/or in public means of transportation in the form of projection surfaces.
