Disclosed are a method and device for realizing multi-thread message interaction using a synchronous function call mechanism. The method includes: a caller task calling a function interface and writing a request parameter; the function interface locking the right of use of an interface, and setting the state of the caller task as a waiting state; the function interface sending the request parameter to a request processing task via an auxiliary task, and reading the response data fed back by the request processing task to the auxiliary task; and the function interface setting the state of the caller task as an idle state, releasing the right of use of the interface, and returning to the caller task the length of the response data being read. The method and device in the present invention greatly simplify the logic processing flow during the program development process, solving the problem that the logic processing flow of the asynchronous message interaction mechanism is complicated.
