A solar energy photovoltaic three-phase micro-inverter (400), including: a direct current terminal (401) connected to three direct current photovoltaic components (DC1, DC2, DC3) for receiving the direct current generated by the three direct current photovoltaic components (DC1, DC2, DC3); three single-phase inverter circuits (402), with the direct current input ends thereof being respectively connected to the three direct current photovoltaic components (DC1, DC2, DC3) via the direct current terminal (401), for converting the direct currents generated by the three direct current photovoltaic components (DC1, DC2, DC3) into alternating currents; an alternating terminal (403) respectively connected to the alternating current output ends of the three single-phase inverter circuits (402) and a three-phase alternating current power grid (405) for outputting the alternating currents generated by the three single-phase inverter circuits (402) in parallel; the direct current input ends of the three single-phase inverter circuit (402) are connected to each other in parallel and the alternating current output ends thereof are respectively connected to one of the three phases (L1, L2 or L3)of the three-phase alternating current power grid (405) and a zero line (N) via the alternating terminal (403). Further provided is a solar energy photovoltaic generating system. The ripple wave power at the direct current input side of the three-phase micro-inverter (400) can be eliminated simply by way of connecting the direct current sides of three single-phase inverter circuits(402) in parallel.
