RESIN CAST THREE-DIMENSIONAL WOUND CORE AMORPHOUS METAL DRY-TYPE TRANSFORMER

A resin cast three-dimensional wound core amorphous metal dry-type transformer comprises clamping members (4, 5), a core (1), and coils (2, 3). The clamping members comprise an upper clamping member (4) and a lower clamping member (5), the upper clamping member being connected to the lower clamping member by means of tightening bolts (7). The core is a three-dimensional structure having three lower iron yokes on the base (63) of the clamping member. The low-tension winding (3) has a round foil winding or a wound cylindrical structure; the high-tension winding (2) has a segmented cylindrical structure and is cast in epoxy resin. Upper support blocks (9) and lower support blocks (10) are disposed at the two ends of the high-tension winding and the low-tension winding.
