Disclosed is a super-miniaturized passive anti-metal radio frequency identification (RFID) tag (10), comprising: a tag substrate (20), a tag chip (30) disposed on the tag substrate (20), a radiation surface layer (50), and a grounding layer (60); the radiation layer (50) and the grounding layer (60) are respectively fixed to the upper surface and lower surface of the tag substrate (20); and further comprising a capacitor matching element (40) disposed on the tag substrate (20). One end of the radiation surface layer (50) is electrically connected to one end of the grounding layer (60) through an interface, the two ends of the tag chip (30) are respectively connected to the other ends of the grounding layer (60) and radiation layer (50) in series, and the capacitor matching element (40) is in parallel connection with the two ends of the tag chip (30). In the present invention, the use of the capacitor matching element (40) substantially reduces the overall dimension of the tag, and by adjusting the capacitance of the capacitor matching element (40), the present invention meets the transmit power standards required by different countries without compromising the performance of other elements such as the tag chip (30), thereby achieving good reading distance in the UHF frequency band.
