A bottomless rainproof shoe-cover structure (1) comprises a shoe-cover and a clamp (2). The shoe-cover is integrally formed, has a notch at a side, and is provided with hook and loop fasteners (10, 100) at an edge. A protrusion (11) is disposed at an edge of a bottom side of the shoe-cover, and a fixing slot (12) formed by the surrounding protrusion (11) is provided at a top surface of the shoe-cover. Positioning holes (120) are provided at both sides of the fixing slot (12). The shoe-cover is combined with the clamp, so as to provide better coverage and convenience, reduce processing procedures, and reduce the cost.
