The drill (3) having a boring bar (31) and a boring head (32), is supported in a guide (6) for axial movement. The guide is enabled with eccentric movement such that it shifts between two parallel drill axes (41,71) for punching two parallel holes (4) in a workpiece (5) along drilling axis.
