The present invention relates to a system for editing user's mind map based on coordinates, and more specifically, to a system for editing a user's mind map based on coordinates which changes the position, ranking, subordinate relationship and the like by recognizing coordinates when an object of a mind map on a display of a user terminal is moved by clicking the object with an input device such as a mouse and the like. The invention according to the present invention is capable of simply modifying an object attribute by moving the position of the object on a GUI when the mind map is written or modified and improving user convenience by implementing a single user interface.
