PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified substrate for a protein chip wherein a protein adsorptive membrane and a protein non-adsorptive membrane are arranged on the same flat surface as a substrate.;SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a modified polyvinylidene fluoride membrane is characterized in that a polyvinylidene fluoride membrane is subjected to a heat and pressure treatment under a condition of a temperature of 30 to 170C, a pressure of 1,000 to 5,000 N/cm², and the following formula: T-0.015P+105 wherein T is a temperature (C) and P is a pressure (N/cm²).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
