Provided is a distributed electric power line monitoring control system provided with a plurality of electric power line monitoring devices and a plurality of operation devices, wherein each of the plurality of electric power line monitoring devices is provided with: a storage unit capable of storing information; an information collection unit (41) which collects network status information between the electric power line monitoring device and each of the operation devices, and stores the collected information in the storage unit; a score calculation unit (42) which calculates each network score between the electric power line monitoring device and each operation device, on the basis of the network status information, using a predetermined network score table; a score evaluation unit (43) which calculates an evaluation value of the electric power line monitoring unit using the calculated network score between each of the communication networks; and a main device assessment unit (44) which compares the evaluation values of other electric power line monitoring devices with the evaluation value of the electric power line monitoring device, and if the evaluation value of the electric power line monitoring device is the lowest, the electric power line monitoring device is treated as the main electric power line monitoring device.
