The technical solution can comprehensive detect connection performance of a secondary loop of the whole smart substation, guarantee accuracy of actions of a secondary equipment of the smart substation, provide technical base for accepting, transforming and improving an automatic system of the smart substation and a secondary equipment, and benefit safety production and stable operation of a power grid.
