Disclosed is a method, system and device for achieving user system restoration. The method includes: downloading and installing a service control which uploads information about software installed on a user system to a cloud server end, the software information including a software list, or uploading the software list and a personalized configuration file for each item of software to the cloud server end; and when user system restoration is required, obtaining software information of the user system from the cloud server end, and performing software installation on the user system according to the software information obtained from the cloud server end. Using the present invention can reduce hardware requirements for achieving user system restoration and improve system security after the restoration.
