An electronic commerce apparatus comprises a determining unit that determines the product page where objects are to be displayed on the basis of the access status, a control unit that controls whether or not to display the objects on the product page, and a transmission unit that transmits a privilege presentation page to a user terminal according to information about operation executed upon the objects. In such a way, the access status is reflected upon the determination of the product page for which privileges will be granted, and granting privileges can function as an incentive to buy products. Implementing control of displaying/not-displaying the objects according to the access status can lead users desiring to be granted with privileges to search for product pages where objects are displayed.
