POLYESTER-NYLON COMPOSITE SUPERFINE FIBER TERRY CLOTH MANUFACTURING METHOD AND TERRY CLOTH

A polyester-nylon composite superfine fiber terry cloth manufacturing method. The terry cloth comprises base cloth (2). At least one surface of the base cloth (2) has a fluff loop bundle (3). The bottom of the fluff loop bundle (3) is closely integrated with the base cloth (2). Fluff sanding is performed on the fluff loop bundle on the at least one surface of the base cloth. The method is simple and easy. The upper end portion of the fluff loop bundle on at least one surface of the manufactured terry cloth is provided with fluffy fluff (1) opening outwards. The fluffy fluff (1) is formed of broken fluff loops at 1/10 to 5/10 of the thickness of the fluff loop bundle (3). The present invention has features of good touch, high water absorption performance, high softness, and high strength. Also disclosed is terry cloth manufactured through the method.
