Provided is a web page guiding program that can control transmission/reception of questions and answers related to a web page at the client terminal side, control answers to the questions related to the web page at the server side, and deal, on the web page, with various questions related to the web page, like a concierge. When a program which runs on a client terminal outputs a prescribed web page, a field for inputting questions and a character icon that represents an answerer are disposed within the web page. When a question is inputted into the question input field, the program transmits the question to a web server, and when a search is executed within an answering DB and an answer is identified and received by the program, the answer is disposed at the position of a balloon of the character icon and output to the web page. When the web server cannot identify an answer with the search within the answering DB, the connection of the client terminal is switched to an operator terminal so that the question can be answered.
