An agricultural implement for harrowing, or eccentric harrow of the towed type (Fig. 1), modified as compared with tools similar thereto, which resolves the complex assembly and vigorous maintenance thereof on the basis of an easily used, functional and simple mechanical device that breaks up and loosens the surface layer of soil, efficiently preparing agricultural land, comprising a front-hitch frame for movement (Fig. 1), a wheel set for transportation, which regulates cultivation depth, two bodies, namely a primary and a secondary body fastened to forks bolted to the frame (Figs. 2 and 3) and further constituted by axles (Fig. 15), washers (Fig. 17), scrappers (Fig. 20) and ploughing tools or four-bladed rotary devices produced with a concave or conical, or similar, formation (Figs. 5, 6 and 7), with peripheral cutting bevel, said rotary devices being arranged in spiral form (Figs. 1 and 4), the left-leaning rotary devices (10-1) being assembled on the primary rotor (Figs. 1, 6 and 7) and the right-leaning rotary devices (10-D) being assembled on the secondary rotor (Figs. 1, 8 and 9), viewed from the front, and configured at least as a disc, with octagonal axial hole, which fits with the octagonal axle thereof (Fig. 5), which means that said contiguous rotary devices are assembled successively at an angle of 45°, the octagonal hole thereof coinciding with that of separators (Figs. 12 and 13) and washers (Figs. 16, 17 and 18), and slightly greater than the thickness of the axle, there being assembly-adjustment tolerance, and the formation of the rotary devices coincides with the concavity or conicity, or the like, of separators and washers, which is essential for stable, secure assembly of a body of the invention (Fig. 2).
