The present invention relates to the industrial and commercial sector that requires bags and rolls having ribs to ensure greater strength and micro-perforations for the elimination of smells and/or water vapour for all types of packaging systems and uses. The ribs can be produced along the film with a different gauge to the gauge of the bag or roll, with different numbers of ribs, as required. The micro-perforations are made when extruding the film in order to avoid bad smells and/or water vapour. The invention has been designed such as to reduce the gauges of the bags and increase the number of bags per kilogram, increasing the strength thereof and helping to eliminate bad smells and moisture, thus reducing the amount of waste and the pollution of the environment. Said invention can be manufactured using a 100 % compostable biopolymer in accordance with International Standard ASTM-6400 - natural bioplastics which can break down naturally or when composted - or else using polyethylene.
