A fuel gas combined cycle and solar power generation combined heating system and a scheduling method thereof. The combined heating system comprises: a fuel gas heating boiler and fuel gas combined cycle set (A) for supplying power and heating water; a solar power generator set (B) for generating power; a heat pump (108) in parallel connection with the fuel gas heating boiler and fuel gas combined cycle set (A) and the solar power generator set (B) via a power cable network (113), the heat pump (108) consuming power to supply hot water for a hot water type heating radiator (110); an electricity meter for acquiring the non-heating power consumption of a user; a hot water type heating radiator (110) connected to the fuel gas heating boiler and fuel gas combined cycle set (A) via a heat supply pipeline network (114); and a hot water consumption meter (111) for detecting the amount of hot water inputted into the hot water type heating radiator (110) from the fuel gas heating boiler and fuel gas combined cycle set (A). The combined heating system further comprises a comprehensive scheduling control device (115), a first remote integrated controller (1121), a second remote integrated controller (1122) and a third remote integrated controller (1123). By comprehensively scheduling and controlling the heat energy and electrical energy, the combined heating system and the scheduling method thereof output the solar power smoothly, thus improving the effective utilization of solar power.
