An arm frame vibration displacement measurement method comprises: setting an identifier on an arm frame (S302); collecting images of the identifier at different moments (S304); calculating an arm frame vibration displacement according to position changes of the images of the identifier at different moments (S306). The method can implement simple, rapid and non-contact real-time and high-precision vibration displacement measurement. Further provided are an arm frame vibration displacement measurement system and a concrete pump truck with the system.
