The method involves delivering input data that concerns a driver assisting system into a bus system of an unmoved, performing motor vehicle or motor vehicle cockpit. The input data is derived and/or selected from a real data of a driving situation, and stored in a storage unit (2). The input data controls a vehicle system that is attached to a driver assisting system for delivery of information that corresponds to the driving situation. The driving situation is represented in an optical and/or acoustic and/or haptic manner to a customer, who is found in the motor vehicle or cock-pit. An independent claim is also included for a delivering device for presentation and/or simulation of functionality of the driver assisting system in the motor vehicle in relation to the customer.
