Disclosed is a safe blood sampling pen consisting of a pen point (1) and pen body (2), and characterized in that: an insertion and extraction connection is adopted between the pen point (1) and pen body (2)with the pen point connection end (19) equipped with a push rod (21) and the pen body connection end (20) equipped with a slot (23) composed of a sliding groove (28), a transition groove (29) and a lock groove (30) connected successively. The arm end of an elastic arm (24) of a shot rod (7) is equipped with a bolt head (25) of which the forepart is equipped with a bolt tongue (26) and the rear part is equipped with a bolt hook (27); the width of the bolt head (25) is greater than that of the push rod (21), the width of the sliding groove (28) and lock groove (30) is greater than that of the bolt head (25), and the width of the transition groove (29) is greater than that of the push rod (21) while less than that of the bolt head (25); a blocking shoulder (31) is formed at the junction of the sliding groove (28) and the transition groove (29), a lock shoulder (32) is formed at the junction of the transition groove (29) and the lock groove (30), the end of the lock shoulder (32) being equipped with a card lock slant (33), and the end of the push rod (21) and/or the bolt tongue (26) being equipped with a rebutting inclined face (34). The present solution associates the insertion and extraction connection of the pen point (1) and pen body (2)with the safety of using and operating the blood sampling pen and uses the insertion and extraction connection between the pen point (1) and pen body (2) to solve the safety problems potentially existing during the course of use and operation.
