The present invention relates to a strip for diagnosing osteoporosis and bone turnover rate comprising: a sample pad; a conjugate pad on which an osteocalcin antibody or a CTx antibody is fixed to a gold nanoparticle; a signal detection pad provided with a test line on which an antibody and a sequence, which are formed on the conjugate pad, are fixed to the osteocalcin antibody or the CTx antibody, and a contrast line for detecting an error of the diagnostic strip; and an absorption pad which is coupled to another end of the signal detection pad, wherein the test line displays different colors depending on the number of gold nanoparticles that are collected by a plurality of second antibodies when measuring osteoporosis.
