A panel taking and placing method in a UVM process, and a panel taking combination device (46) for implementing the method. The panel taking and placing method in a UVM process comprises the following steps: step 1: providing a liquid crystal panel (10), a machine table (20), a panel taking device (30), and a vacuum suction device (40); step 2: fixedly connecting the panel taking device (30) and the vacuum suction device (40); step 3: moving the panel taking device (30) so that the vacuum suction device (40) contacts a surface of the liquid crystal panel (10); step 4: the vacuum suction device (40) adhering to the liquid crystal panel (10) by sucking; step 5: moving the panel taking device (30) so that the vacuum suction device (40) picks up the liquid crystal panel (10) by sucking, and delivers the liquid crystal panel (10) to the machine table (20); step 6: the vacuum suction device (40) releasing the liquid crystal panel (10); and step 7: moving the panel taking device (30) so that the vacuum suction device (40) leaves the liquid crystal panel (10) to place the liquid crystal panel (10) on the machine table (20). The panel taking combination device (46)comprises the panel taking device (30) and the vacuum suction device (40) mounted on the panel taking device (30).
