DYNAMIC MICRO-CHANNEL PLASTIC EXTRUSION MOLDING DEVICE AND METHOD

Disclosed are a dynamic micro-channel plastic extrusion molding device and method. The device mainly consists of a single-screw extruder, a dynamic extrusion head (9), a fluid source (12), a water sink (13), a tractor (17), a winding device (8), and a data acquisition and control system. Near an outlet of a head die (27), when the end portion of an injection needle (24) of a syringe core is different, the inner diameter of the plastic extrusion molding micro-channel is also different. When the dynamic extrusion head (9) is hollow and the syringe core (37) performs high-frequency short-range vibration along the extrusion direction, the inner diameter of the micro-channel in the extruded plastic changes dynamically. The device is novel in structure, has various change laws, has simple processing equipment, and is highly automatic. The molded product is extruded stably and has high dimensional accuracy.
