The assembly has a sliding unit i.e. electrically conductive microcable (28), housed in an inner opening of a probe body (10) that is made of deformable material. Proximal and distal sides of a conductor interruption gap of an electrically insulated insert (38) are connected to the connector and a stimulation/defibrillation electrode via an electrical connector and another electrical connector formed by insulated spiral conductor, respectively. The insert has a by-pass connection that connects the electrical connectors via the gap.
