A pre-filled syringe (1) is formed from: a syringe main body (2) further comprising an outer cylinder main body (40), and an outer cylinder sealing member (5) provided with a seal member (10); and a puncture instrument (3), further comprising a puncture member (6) having a hollow needle (61) provided with a puncture needle part (61a) on one end and a seal member puncture needle part (61b) on another end, and a housing member (7) which detachably houses the puncture member (6). The outer cylinder and the outer cylinder sealing member further comprise restriction parts which restrict the detachment and rotation of the outer cylinder sealing member. The outer cylinder sealing member and the puncture member respectively further comprise screw parts, and latch parts which latch and restrict the forward and reverse screw movement after the screw parts screw together. The housing member further comprises a rotation force transmission part to the puncture part which is housed therein.
