To also provide a coating material mixing device and a coating material mixing method using said coating raw material supply device and coating raw material supply method. [Solution] A coating raw material supply device equipped with a pump provided to the output side of a supply tank, a raw material supply valve provided to the output side of the pump, and a control unit for controlling the operation stop action of the pump and the open/close action of the raw material supply valve, wherein the control unit measures the weight of the coating raw material supplied into a middle tank, stops the pump when the weight of the coating raw material reaches a pre-set value set before determining said weight, and closes the raw material supply valve when the weight of the coating raw material is greater than the aforementioned pre-set value and reaches a pre-set drop value.
