A first acquiring unit (111) acquires an initial output value of a physical quantity sensor (101). A second acquiring unit (112) acquires a target output value of the physical quantity sensor (101). On the basis of the initial output value and the target output value of the physical quantity sensor (101), a first calculating unit (113) calculates a secondary first characteristic formula that indicates output characteristics of the physical quantity sensor (101) after correction, and extracts a first characteristic value. On the basis of a predetermined temperature and the first characteristic value, a second calculating unit (114) calculates a secondary second characteristic formula for correcting the first characteristic value, and extracts a second characteristic value. On the basis of a first characteristic formula corrected by inputting the second characteristic value to the second characteristic formula, a computing unit (104) computes an output value of the physical quantity sensor (101) after correction. Consequently, correction accuracy can be improved, cost can be reduced, and a processing speed can be increased.
