A light guide plate lattice point manufacturing method, a light guide plate manufacturing method, a backlight module comprising a light guide plate manufactured by using the light guide plate manufacturing method, and a display apparatus. The light guide plate lattice point manufacturing method comprises the following steps: forming a photosensitive material on the surface of a light guide plate mold insert (S1); and performing photo-etching on the photosensitive material to form a light guide plate lattice point (S2). Since the light guide plate mold insert is not directly etched, a light guide plate lattice point can be manufactured without damaging the surface of the light guide plate mold insert, thereby reducing the processing cost for mirror polishing of the mold insert, and the manufacturing process is simple.
