METHOD OF MICROALGAE CULTIVATION AND PARALLEL BIO-OIL PRODUCTION

Provided is a method of cyclic microalgae cultivation and parallel bio-oil production, which comprises: hydrolyzing microalgae collected from each generation of cultivation to obtain a water phase and an oil phase. The water phase is added into a microalgae cultivation system as a nutrient solution for cyclic microalgae cultivation to provide a carbon source, a nitrogen source, a phosphorus source and inorganic salts, so as to implement cyclic cultivation. Fatty acids contained in the oil phase are bio-oil products. The method has high efficiency of microalgae cultivation, and implements cyclic microalgae cultivation and parallel bio-oil production without requiring an additional nitrogen source, phosphorus source and inorganic salts, thereby lowering the production cost.
