A pneumatic lift pump, a pump set, and a pneumatic pumping energy storage and potential power generation and remote water delivery system. The pneumatic lift pump comprises: a barrel (1), a water supply pipe (2), an air intake regulating valve (3), an air exhaust regulating valve (5), and a water intake regulating valve (6); one end of the water supply pipe (2) is disposed at the lower part of the barrel (1), and the other end penetrates an upper end of the barrel (1) and extends out of a water surface; the air intake regulating valve (3) is disposed in the barrel and is connected to an air intake pipe (4) connected at an air intake system; the air exhaust regulating valve (5) is connected to the water supply pipe (2), and an air inlet thereof is located at the upper part of the barrel (1). A linkage mechanism is disposed among the air intake regulating valve (3), the water intake regulating valve (6), and the air exhaust regulating valve (5). The linkage mechanism controls the water intake regulating valve (6) and the air exhaust regulating valve (5) to be closed when the air intake regulating valve (3) is open, thereby implementing the water supply process of the water supply pipe (2), and controls the air intake regulating valve (6) to be closed when the water intake regulating valve (3) and the air exhaust regulating valve (5) are open if the pressure in the barrel (1) is smaller than water pressure, thereby implementing the air intake process of the water supply pipe (2). The pneumatic lift pump set consists of at least two pneumatic lift pumps as described above, and the pneumatic lift pumps are arranged along a vertical direction.
