The present invention relates to a device designed for dosing and preparing samples for analysis, which can house at least magnetizable particles and reagents. The device is characterized in that it comprises: at least one first chamber suitable for hermetically storing first reagents and the magnetizable particles, said first chamber in turn comprising first sealing means for hermetically sealing the first chamber and means for opening the first sealing means; at least one second chamber suitable for hermetically storing second reagents, said second chamber in turn comprising second sealing means for hermetically sealing the second chamber and means for opening the second sealing means; at least one main chamber designed to house matrices and to allow the reaction of the reagents, at least the first and second chambers opening into said main chamber via the sealing means; sample-suction means; and at least one inlet/outlet port. The invention also relates to a support designed to house the device, a system comprising the device and the support, a method for preparing samples using the device, and an analysis method comprising a step in which samples are prepared as indicated in the sample preparation method.
