A photovoltaic plate (1) for covering buildings, particularly for the industrial building sector, which has the peculiarity of comprising a supporting frame (2), which is adapted to be associated with the upper portion of a building (9) and is connected to photovoltaic panels (3) covering the building. Means are moreover provided for the draining and discharge of rainwater and condensation toward the outside of the building (9).
