A cloud computation technology-based cloud air-conditioning system comprises a cloud server (10), a client (11) and a cloud air-conditioning controller (9) which are connected through a communication network. The controller (9) receives a cloud air-conditioner operation environment detecting signal and operation condition detecting signal, adjusts the operation state of a cloud air conditioner according to those signals, sends a cloud air-conditioner operation environment parameter and a cloud air-conditioner operation state parameter to the cloud server (10) and the client (11), so that a user of the cloud air conditioner remotely monitors the operation state of the cloud air conditioner, and a manufacturer of the cloud air conditioner immediately knows the operation state of the cloud air conditioner, so as to achieve the automatic detection and system upgrade of the cloud air conditioner. The client (11) sends a cloud air-conditioner operation instruction signal to the cloud server (10), so that the cloud server (10) conducts feedback on the client (11) and the controller(9) according to the received cloud air-conditioner operation instruction signal, and the cloud air conditioner executes a corresponding operation state according to an individualized demand instruction of the client (11).
