ASPHALT PAVEMENT SUSTAINED-RELEASING DEICING MATERIAL AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are an asphalt pavement sustained-releasing deicing material and a preparing method thereof, the material comprising an X component, a Y component and a Z component, wherein: the X component being chloride particulates of 0.1~5 mm; the Y component consisting of sodium silicate, sodium gluconate and zinc dihydrogen phosphate; the Z component being an acrylic polymer synthesized by using acrylate monomers, a cross-linking agent, and hydrogen silicone oil. The preparing method comprises the following steps: preparing the X component; preparing the Y component; mixing well the X and Y components; coating the surface of the mixture of X and Y uniformly with the Z component through a polymerization method, thereby obtaining the asphalt pavement sustained-releasing deicing material. The product of the present invention has cheap components, the comparatively simple preparing process, no corrosion to steel bars; and can have a significant deicing effect on the asphalt pavement and can actively prevent the asphalt pavement from icing at the temperature of about -5~0 °C.
