The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating diseases associated with the cranial nerves or the spinal nerves, containing a stem cell-conditioned culture medium powder. More specifically, the stem cell-conditioned culture medium powder is remarkably effective in alleviating ischemic strokes, and thus can be used for preventing, alleviating, or treating diseases associated with the cranial nerves or the spinal nerves. In addition, the present invention provides a novel, non-invasive drug delivery method through the nasal cavity, showing high pharmaceutical effects.
