The present invention provides a sounding reference signal (SRS) cooperation and coverage enhancement method, an SRS cooperation and coverage enhancement device, and a base station. The method comprises: a base station acquiring first information of an inter-cell interference level; the base station determining a first SRS trigger event and a first SRS trigger mode corresponding to the first information; the base station determining a first SRS resource allocation mode corresponding to the first SRS trigger event and a first multiplexing/cooperating mode; the base station determining an SRS resource allocation resu and the base station sending SRS configuration parameters, comprising the first SRS trigger event, the first SRS trigger mode, the first multiplexing/cooperating mode and the SRS resource allocation result, to a corresponding terminal. By means of the present invention, the cooperation and coverage enhancement of a Sounding channel aiming at different cells and clusters can be realized.
