B is selected from the group comprising: Cr, Mn, Fe, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Ni, Sn, AI, Ga, Sc, Ti, V, Nb, Ta, Mo, Pb, Hf, Zr, Tb, W, Gd, Yb, Bi, Mg, Cd, Zn, Re, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir and/or Pt. B' is selected from the group comprising: Re, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir and/or Pt.
