The invention also relates to a method for removing the glass from a window or door casement glazed with insulating glass, in which an adhesive layer is provided, at least in regions, between a profile frame and the periphery of the insulating glazing, wherein, with use of an oscillating cutter, the adhesive layer is separated along the periphery of the insulating glazing, the central part of the adhesive layer cut out by the two blades of the oscillating cutter is grasped, in particular at one end, and extracted, and the insulating glazing is then removed from the profile frame.
